Douglas L. Allen

Douglas L. Allen is a pipeline and energy consulting specialist, experienced in working with multiple Fortune 500 companies during his 15 year career. Allen has extensive knowledge of the regulated and non-regulated natural gas pipeline industry. He has worked for both industry and consulting companies and, as a result, provides a unique perspective to both business process improvements and transaction management systems.

Formerly, Allen was the lead business architect and product manager for Quorum’s pipeline transaction management system. He is familiar with the regulatory requirements surrounding both NAESB and F.E.R.C. as it impacts the pipeline market. Allen holds a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of North Texas.

Pete M. Waldroop

Pete M. Waldroop is an energy consulting professional with over 17 years of experience in management consulting and in the full system life cycle of software, process design/analysis, and project management.  Waldroop has worked extensively in upstream energy, midstream energy and in the transportation and marketing sectors.  His client list includes a who's-who of Fortune 500 energy and utility companies from across the country.  Waldroop's experience ranges from assisting clients acquiring software and reorganizing business processes to better utilize these solutions to leading large-scale custom software projects from design through implementation, to running implementations of packaged solutions. 

Waldroop was previously a founder and executive vice president of Quorum Business Solutions, the industry's leading software provider. Prior to working at Quorum, Waldroop was a consulting manager in Accenture's Energy Solutions Group. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Brian A. Zahn

Brian A. Zahn is an energy and midstream expert with more than 13 years of professional experience. He focuses on business process redesign, management consulting initiatives and technical software implementations.  He provides hands-on experience in the life-cycle of software selection, process design and analysis, implementations and project management. He has strong expertise in gas plant and facility accounting, tax, regulatory reporting, imbalance management, division order maintenance, disbursements and gas contracts.  His deep experience in the midstream business comes from multiple implementations of software and process redefinition across the energy value chain for a wide variety of Fortune 500 energy companies.

Zahn was previously a member of Quorum Business Solutions' senior leadership team, where he was responsible for the Midstream Energy Practice.  Prior to working at Quorum, he worked for Accenture's Energy Solutions Group.  Zahn earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management sciences from Northwestern University.
